Your laptop is just fine. If you run Defrag and it runs completely, you are just fine. If you use Disk Cleanup and Defrag about once a week, you will always be in top shape. A few fragmented files are fine. (contiguous files are fragemented files that have rejoined)
Try to remember to run a disk Check once a month. Open My Computer, then Right Click on your C drive and Pick PROPERTIES. Then pick TOOLS and click CHECK NOW. Check both tests and restart the computer. This test might run for an hour.

u cant... when youre in the defrag program click on the help link and read what they stand for, its just telling you what types of files they are... 81% free is good it means youre only using 20% of your hard drive
