OK now you need to be VERY carefull
first turn off the power and pull out the plug and leave it for 10 mins.
the problem is that there is a rotation sensor on the drive belt which is coupled to the door mechanism and it goes out of adjustment
to adjust it is an awkward job , but to open the door , remove the top cover of the machine and look down to the right hand side where the door lock is , you will see a cable there which looks like a brake cable off a bicycle , pull this with your hand and bingo the door will open watch out for sharp edges on the case of the machine so you do not cut your self

good luck

if you've left it with the power on fora few minutes and it still wont open then turn off the power and take the lid off look down the right hand side you should see the door catch feel around it you will find a slide push it to the right and it should open you may need a new door lock then if you don't want to get locked out again

You have to leave it a while before you try to open the door. Don't get the tools out if it's under warranty or you will void your cover.

some washing machines will not open if there is water inside. If this happens then you need to do a gravity drain.
