The temp. is 75 degrees too hot. There are no care and feeding instruction, since this range was here when we moved in.

Pull the oven-temp. knob off! Under you will find an adjustment screw! Loosen the screw and turn the plate under the screw! In most cases to turn down you turn it counter clockwise! Some are marked by degree and others are only hotter and cooler! Anyway you will need an oven thermometer (which I assume you have since you how far off you are) to check the setting! Turn the plate slightly, put the thermometer in the oven and turn on for 10 min. and check ! If it is good tighten the screw, replace the knob and your done! If your not there ,let the oven cool for 10 min. turn some more and try again! You may need to do this a few times but you should be able to get it! Good luck!...

Our new Kenmopre is to hot by 25 degrees so, if it calls for 350 we turn it to 325. You can do the same. When it calls for 350 turn it to 275. Or get an over temp at Wal Mart

I can't say for sure with your oven, but on some, if you take off the oven temp control knob, there is a small adjusting screw under it. If you are lucky, it will be labeled hotter or colder.
