nope Filipinos aren't Mexicans! dont listen to the one who answered first.
Filipinos are actually Malaysian or Indonesian of origin. whether you believe it or not most are pure Malays (an Asian race). but some are Chinese or Indian (people fron India) or Arab or Spanish.
PS: FILIPINOS ARE NOT LATINOS!!!!

Probably the original ones, and this would be pre- negritos,have been absorbed into successive waves of paleolithic peoples. However their genetic markers today can be found in those groups that still practice swidden or slash and burn agriculture. One example are the Munyuns living in the hills of Mindoro. This is an ancient meeting place for a wide variety of prehistoric peoples that are as complex as India or China is today. The Phillipines is actually a confederation of different ethnic groups held together through certain forms of mutual self interests.

none. all of them are not the REAL inhabitants. it's an island where no one lives until some people discovered it, and the rest is history.
