I think you have an anal fissure, a friend of mine has the same, and mentioned the same symptoms.

Definitely anal fissure.

An acute fissure is managed with non-operative treatments and over 90% will heal without surgery. Bowel habits are improved with a high fiber diet, bulking agents (fiber supplements), stool softeners, and plenty of fluids to avoid constipation and promote the passage of soft stools. Warm baths for 10-20 minutes several times each day are soothing and promote relaxation of the anal muscles. Occasionally, special medicated creams may be recommended.

A chronic fissure (lasting greater than one month) may require additional treatment. Depending on the appearance of the fissure, other medical problems such as inflammatory bowel disease or infections may be considered and testing may be recommended. A manometry test may be performed to determine if anal sphincter pressures are high. An examination under anesthesia may be recommended to determine if a definite reason exists for lack of healing.

If you can't reach a doctor right away, use a stool softener to lighten the load, make sure you shower daily and keep the area clean/dry, don't use any powders or irritating products. My guess is hemmorroids or I don't know if you are sexually active or not, but it could be a result of an std that causes tears around the vaginal and anal area. A doctor can help you.

That is called anal fissure , i think you can help yourself by trying to keep stools soft etc . Try eating more fruit , scrambled egg etc . If you are straining or constipated that would cause the tears and bleeding too . Just make sure your getting enough fruit and veg in your diet to keep you regular ..
Good luck x

You really need to see a doctor; as going to the loo and the wiping after could push germs into the tear. You could get really ill...You can also ask them to prescrbe a Stool softener, at least while you heal...

if blood in the stool needs asap check in lab. If skin tear, go to GP, talk to nurse on phone. It could be serious, best to address it soon rather than later. Could only be hemmaroids if you are forcing muscles instead of no extertion.
I would see a dr. for a check up if blood persists.

The most common causes of hemorrhoids are straining during bowel movements and obesity. Follow these essential hemorrhoid prevention tips and you may not even have to delve into any hemorrhoid treatments https://tr.im/koVVC

If you’re straining during bowel movements, there is no doubt that you are suffering from constipation, and obesity only heightens your chance of experiencing these digestive issues. The best solution for hemorrhoids is to not have them at all!

Act fast dear coz these are symptoms of anal fissures. See a doc ASAP. And of course as Ruthie says, drink lots of water, eat fibre-rich food... and try to grab some over-the-counter laxative till you see a doc.
Good luck and get well soon.

It's most likely anal fissure or haemorrhoids. You need to make an appointment with a doctor to get a proper diagnosis. Untreated these may lead to complications.

I'd suggest you see your GP about this...it could just be that you're not eating enough fibre so your stools are harder than they should be.

The tears are called anal fissures and they could lead onto hemorrhoids so go see your doctor asap!!!
