I would take a large plastic sheet, by making a hole in the sand, i can put leafes in the hole and then the plastic sheet on top, this will collect water for me, it really works.
I would take a spear to catch land animals and water animals
I would take goggles so catching fish would be easier
I would take a magnifying glass to make fires
Lastly, i would take a blanket, to keep myself warm at nights.

that person would be a girl. the 5 things are food, water, lighter or matches, clothes and identity card. i would survive by building a small hut and making fire. i think my food supply and water supply will not last 2 years, so i will make a spear to hunt down animals. on the island i'm stranded on would have some coconut tree so, there's my water supply.i'll continue my life as always and wait until someone comes to search for me.

I'd like to be stuck on the Island with Robin Williams, he's crazy! I think he'd help to keep things 'up' and I could count on some great laughs, because they would be needed, for me anyway. I'd take a 'tent condo' waterproof matches,a shotgun with plenty of ammo, (gotta hunt you know, and if Robin got on my nerves..... just kidding) a load of non-perishable foods to go with the fish, and meat we'd catch, and last a great fishing pole.

I would want to be stranded with a Mcgyver type of guy that knows survival skills.
My items would be.........
-Bible
-a knife
-wind up radio
-wind up light
-a camera 2.0 memory card to take a picture a day with several batteries

1. Knife - to cut up animals for food
2. Unlimited Water - that saltwater will make ya crazy
3. First aid kit - in case you get hurt which you will
4. Gun - to make it easier to kill food
5. Matches tons of them - to cook food until you figure out that whole rubbing sticks together thing.
As long as you have food and water you can build shelter and use the skins of animals as clothing and for warmth. The first aid kit will ensure adequate disinfecting for less chance of infection.
