It's different for every man. Some ejaculate very little and some ejaculate a lot. It also has little bearing on the fertility of a man since a man that ejaculates a lot may not have a lot of sperm in his fluid. The actual liquid is made up of an ejaculate fluid with sperm in it.
As a ground rule sure about 2 teaspoons. but it depends. If I for example ejaculate multiple times in 1 day it will be less than if I only do so after 2 days and it will also be an increased amount if I stay in an aroused state for an extended period of time. That's just me personally I'm guessing everyone will be slightly different but a wide range is normal. Pigs on the other hand ejaculate on average 500mL

Well, it's nice to know that the ladies are more aware of such a measurement than I am!
I'd say, it depends on how long between love sessions, how much you really are prepared to put your body through in order to fully enjoy the girl, how much sheer sexual beauty you see in the girl as you are engaging her, and how long you spend in build up and foreplay. Obviously, the longer you allow your testicals to freely and more heightedly manufacture sperm, the greater will be the load over the climax period ... which is also a variable: the time over which you continue to climax.
Youth and health of course, are also a highly pertinent contributory factor, though this is usually offset with experience by your expertise in these other factors of which I have spoken.
Does that answer your question?

There's no minimum per se as of all the various aspects of the male human body, few are as variable from individual to individual as semen. The color, texture, and quantity — not to mention the force of ejaculation — vary greatly.
However, the "normal" quantity per se is about the equivalent of one teaspoon, or 10 c.c.'s.

Considering a drop of semen can contain hundreds of thousands of viable sperm all that is needed is a drop.

Depending on your gene, diet, overall health, frequency of sexual activity and age, it could range anywhere between 1.5 ml and 5 ml
