If it is a cheap mirror, replace it. If it is expensive, try a CrystalClear polishing kit.

You will probably have to go to a glass shop and have it resilvered. The scratch is probably actually on the back side of the mirror.

It's glass, so chances are, you can't.

But you can try jeweler's rouge [with recommended cloth] and see if it will Buff to be less noticeable.

If its not to bad you can use glass polish
