how can i eat healthy food to heal my colon?

because im suffering from my colon from since 3 years ago and i dont know yet what i shold to eat ?

You would do best to get a healthy eating plan from your Dr. or a specialist. However I have diverticulitis, which is very common and was advised to have a diet higher on fibre and avoid processed foods. Eat lots of vegetables and avoid bad fats as much as possible.

but you should have lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Raw is better for you than cooked, so don't over sook your veggies and make them too soft. Cut back on too much meat to only 1-2 servings a week, and cut out on animal fat altogether.

Limit: fats, oils and caffine.
Avoid: Foods that provoke symptoms. Alcohol in all forms.

Avoid foods high in insoluble fiber.
Keep fats n oils 2 a minimum.
Avoid caffeine
Stay clear of dairy products
Load up on protein n other nutrients.
