I am a 33 year old man based in the UK. I am looking for a career in the print Industry and I would like to start by acquiring a university degree in that field. Please does anyone know how I could go about it?

Look into the universities in your area and see which ones offer graphic design or something similar. There are always advisors who can tell you whether or not their university offers the type of degree you are looking for. You just have to do research.

what do you mean? You want to be a writer via working in publishiong house or you want to become linotypeman.
