No of course not. Medieval government and hell, governments today in Africa make the British government look like pargons of virtue and honesty so the answer to your question is a resounding NO.

However if you'd asked if it was corrupt useless deceitful and untrustworthy I'd have to say yes but it could be worse. Imagine having George W Bush for a leader. Might as well elect a 12 year old. Same intelligence. Hmm well depends on the 12 year old, some might be a major improvement.

Clearly yes, there will always be those who will be unhappy as a government with different ideologies enters office.
However, no govt has ever destroyed a thousand years of history and culture in 10 years before.
Blair has no interest in britain, only his ego, time in power, and his legacy.trying one desperate move after another to establish himself as a great leader.the only reason he has remained in power so long is because of the amount of ppl he has employed in the public sector , whose money-for -nothign jobs depend on his government.
Then for a few more votes you can import as many immigrants as possible to vote for you, then when the countrys infrastructure and economy collapses, it will be someone elses problem and he will have retired.
There is no comparison to any other govt britain has had.The damage done this time is irrepairable.

nice work tony.

To us, yes, because we are living through it but if you study previous governments, you'll see that there have been worse ones. Most governments are corrupt, useless etc. and unfortunately, despite the fact that we live in a democratic society, there isn't much we can do.

I admit that I think Blair's government is a useless and lazy government but not the worst ever. And some of the decisions he does make, may not appeal to us, but he is doing it to help the country in the long run.

Doing something that doesn't appeal to the people now could stop a catastrophe in the future. That doesn't mean I like him any more, but I understand why he's making the decisions he is.

Yes, Tony Blair has taken lying to a new level, and it seems that even if MPs are transsexual Satan worshippers, that is OK because it is their private life. Some wouldn't even have the integrity to resign if they were caught shagging sheep in Parliament, such is the moral decline of our politicians.

Not by a long way. In comparison I think this government is one of the least corrupt, useless and deceitful governments around. Look at any of the third world countries or the old Soviet countries. and you will see that corruption, incompetence and deceit are standard operating procedures

Yes, but just for the present time. Generally that title is handed over to each successive government.

From what I know, it is in a race with the Republican administration in the USA for the top ranking. I trust no politician, on an individual basis, and am skeptical of any government where it seems to serve itself first, and damn everyone else.
