i would check the plug in at the headlight bulb for loose or corroded. if ok, follow the ground wire out of the plug. usually the blk wire. it will ground somewhere close. check it for loose or corroded.

you have a faulty connection in the headlight circuit, most likely being the wiring connection to the headlight, or a bad earth on the headlight. If you have a voltmeter, and you are confident in using it, it is reasonably straightforward to find the problem. If not, it may be best to take it to an auto electrician. I would suggest removing the wire connecting to the headlight, giving it a clean, and retry. Also check its earth connection

check the wire going to the headlight its prob loose causeing a dim connection

The ground wire to that headlight is loose or not making good contact.

buy a new headlight bulb and replace the busted one... also check the electrical wirings connected to the lamp.

Here are a couple things...not too complicated...replace the bulb...if that's not it, check the wiring on the faulty light...
