You should specify what do you need at the first!

I guess you mean MCSE 2003.
MCSE 2003 is certification from microsoft, to be mcse (Microsoft certified system engineer) You need to pass 4 core exams and 3 elective exams.

Exactly what are you trying to accomplish? There are many parts to the mcse exam, and more then one book.
