No because even without the interference.... they've still got the ignorance of the world in which they live.
Americans are very one dimensional... they think the whole world wants MacDonalds and Doritos. They think 'fanny-packs' and gigantic shoulder cameras are sexy. They think their accents are endearing, when in reality they grate on the nerves. They don't often learn the language or currency conversion of the countries they visit and think its cute and funny. They are boarishly loud, and obnoxious back-slapping gum-chewing annoyances.

The next time some third world country has a tragedy and America just shrugs their shoulders and says "Oh well, they hate us why should we send medicines and doctors and rescue workers and food etc." and see how other countries react.
