Whistling.Especially men who are about 90 that whistle on a Sunday morning.They tend to get up at 5am to go for a newspaper,and insist on whistling like canaries!!! It is the only day of the week I get to lie in my bed.Then I get awoken by the whistlers!

People not answering questions that are asked--no, not in yahoo answers, but in emails or in person. I ask questions because I want to know (because I'm curious), need to know (as an employer) or ask because I truly care about that person. So it bugs me when people don't respond.

people who breathe insanely loudly - generally out of their mouths.
it bothers me, and i can never work out if they know how loud they're being.
and then they make those little mini choking sounds, like they need to lubricate their throats again because it's become so dry.
it's the worst when they're standing right behind you and it's right in your ear. ahh drives me nuts!!
