Once a group of veterans were giving tribute to those who lost their lives in Vietnam. There was a crowd of 50-60 people paying silent respect. Everything was fine until, to my horror, I started to laugh. After the first snort of laughter almost every head turned at me. I couldn't keep it in, I just kept laughing and laughing. After it was over a veteran thought I did it on purpose and he yelled at me until I cried.

just the other day, an elderly lady came in with pictures of her dog and what looked to be Bill Clinton in a frame lying next to the dog as it slept. i raised an eyebrow as she exclaimed, "that's my husband!" then, i laughed. hard. until i realized that it wasn't Bill Clinton. it WAS her deceased husband, a gentleman who looked like Bill Clinton. the frame was taken down to pacify the dog which "misses him and calms him to sleep."
All the while I was thinking, "wow. lady, you're a little too infatuated with Mr. (Ex) President. now, there can't be two marilyns."

All the time, and not because its funny. I laugh at death a lot its my way of dealing with it or getting desensitised. I dont mean am emotionally dead, but if its happening to people, i tend to switch of its too depressing expectially when you are helpless.

Yes I do, there's Helen Keller Jokes, people that believe in TV evangelists, people that donate money to said TV evangelists, egotistical people who don't believe they're nothing more than walking manure factories, people with "My way, or the highway attitudes" and finally, myself.
