I have never had more gas. Heartburn in the last trimester though.
( If you are suddenly eating more veggies to be healthy during pregnancy this will increase your gas)
Staying hydrated is something a lot of people don't do when not pregnant. You do need your 8 full glasses of water a day, pregnant or not. The amniotic fluid replenishes itself regularly and their is increased blood supply.

Absolutely more gas-all that extra internal pressure.
And the growing fetus would also add to dehydration, so drink lots of water and of course, then you will need to pee more from the pressure on your bladder too.

Yes. I am 15 weeks now and I feel like a huge walking gas bubble. I can't wait to have this baby and go back to normal.
