Circumcision or the lack thereof has no direct bearing on the size of a man's penis. Size is directly related to what you inherit from your father. Although it can be said that an uncircumcised penis can seem to appear longer in length because of the extended foreskin beyond the tip of the glans (head). Then again, that depends on the size of the foreskin. Some men have relatively long foreskin that extend up to 3/4"of an inch beyond the tip of the glans; and there are others who have a less extended foreskin which covers only up to 3/4 of the glans, leaving a small part of the glans exposed.
But no......beings circumcised does not necessarily make a penis look longer.

No, it actually makes it look shorter because the foreskin isn't dangling off the end. I think it looks better though.

I don't think so.... it makes your penis more shorter because the fore skin is opened.. but it taste better.... hehe... check this website
