yes it can. you should try to maintain a healthy sleep pattern. i am having problems lately sleeping. last night i went to bed at 10pm and i was still awake at 3am this morning. if you dont actually feel tired you could suffer from insomnia. i would ask your doctor and see what they say. i suffer from insomnia and i can sometimes go for a long period of time without sleep. this is draining sometimes when it catches up on me, but then it wears off again.

I suggest u take some sleeping pills. Have you got work or anything planned today? If not i suggest you rest, have a bath, put a boring film on and you should eventually fall asleep. Do you take drugs?
