An awful lot of people I have talked to claim that cheese and dairy products can cause weird dreams/nightmares. For some reason or other, if I eat peanut butter on toast I wind up having dreams that resemble some sort of acid trip.

I'm suspicious of pickles. I've had some crazy dreams after having eaten 3 or more pickles before going to bed. I have crazy dreams on a regular basis though so I'm not sure if the pickles really had much to do with it. (Vlasic Kosher Dill Spears)

who needs food. dreams last two nights were about a former place of employment and I woke up so tired didn't want to do anything.
