Avoid touching your face/forehead if you have an outbreak of spots. Never pick your spots if you want to prevent them becoming further infected and avoid scarring.
For immediate help to control your spots, use a spot treatment with anti-bacterial and antiseptic properties, to help control inflammation and cross infection.
Drink lots of water to flush out the system.
Always remove your make-up before going to bed.
As for your make up, use an oil-free foundation, dab foundation on top of spots, then follow with a light overall application, concealer can be applied after foundation to camouflage it. Dust with the finest covering of translucent powder.

I have the same problem. I feel kinda gross at the moment. I think you should first start by drinking more water and eliminate or reduce from your diet possible things that may cause you to break out..starches, sugars, greasy foods. And it may sound weird but clean your phone..cell and land line. There is all types of nastiness on there!
Next find a good face wash, toner, lotion that contain benzoyl peroxide and a fade cream. If you want to go more natural purchase an aloe vera plant and open the leaves to rub the plant directly onto your face, it's amazing.
If you need something more immediate, you can purchase a tinted moisturizer or a concealer and foundation for more coverage.

You have to be patient..Visit a dermatologist. For me, i used glycolic gel (AHA Agent) to unclog pores and lighten acne marks(even skin tone). But it cannot be done overnight though.Be patient and you can see results.Diet and hygience is importnat too.
Apply sunblock esp when you are out(whether is sunny or rainy).very important to prevent the scars from darkening.
Apply a tinted moisturer to them. U may want to use a concealer(with anti bacterial properties while it treats the pimple at the same time) before the tinted moisturer.
Eat alot fruits or drink fruit juice rich in Vitamin C.It helps!
Invest in a Vitamin C serum.it heals the scars and brightens the skin.
Maintenance is the key.Do not give up halfway.
Hope it helps!!

Fisrt of all, don't touch them....don't use make up as this will clog the pores. Use a clear face wash from Clearasil or Ponds or Johnsons or Himalayas. Use Aloe vera juice on the spots and this will make it clearer over a period of time. If you want to reduce them for an occasion, use a good concealer but make sure you cleanse the face before you sleep.
Don't use soap, use a mixture of besan, haldi, neem or lemon juice.

You would have to visit a dermatologist, who will be able to prescribe a treatment after examining your skin. Take care to shelter your skin from the sun
