Where can I get a multi-region, dual-layer dvd-rw with PAL vcr/video tape deck and twin digital tv tuners?

You want a high Tech DVD recorder and want it to play videos? that's like asking for a top of the range DAB sound system to play old fashioned 78 records - I don't think such a beast exists.. if you can forget about the video bit and just hook one up alongside then there may be a few DVD recorders out there that meet your description.
