Actually a little of both, in the beginning it was for points, than friends now it's just something to do to keep from being bored at night, day or whatever. Plus you have to admit some of the questions are hilarious.

I'm not here to make friends, I just like answering questions because I'm bored. It keeps me from staring at the TV. I don't care that much about points though it does end up being a stupid personal goal.

Well, for me it takes the place of an antacid.
If I eat too late, I experience acid reflux when I go to bed. So, what can I do while waiting for my food to be completely digested? Log on to Yahoo Answers to help make the hours pass.

A bit for the 2, at this level!
But, yes, some nice things occur.I can't deny that!
It gives me back the feeling of having fun and, young lady, that's a wonderful feeling!
So, I guess the more it goes, the more you feel the friends' connection....

i dont know how you make friends in a place like this, but the points amount to a bunch of nothing for me. i just like killing time here and seeing what other people have to ask and say. and i like to try and help out any if i can. ^___^

I like it for the friends and some of the interesting or funny questions too...plus it is addictive...they points are a side thing.

I only come here occasionally so it isn't for the points... it's just interesting, at the very least, and sometimes really helpful -- and if you can have a laugh as well, so much the better :-)
