You bet I do! Everyone should. Santa is the "Spirit of Christmas". Without the spirit there would not be any Christmas. The spirit comes from each and every one of us being touched enough to help others. This could be by the change dropped in the Salvation Army pot, adopting a person or family for Christmas, baking cookies for your neighbor, shoveling someone's walk, being a secret santa for those in need, smiling at all those around you and so on. Santa originally was St. Nicholas, we have changed his name to Santa over the years along with other names from other countries. As long as the spirit is in our hearts then there will always be a SANTA!! :>)

In a way, I do.
When I was very little, a neighbor, who was nicknamed "Chub," dressed up as Santa for my brothers and I. My brothers caught on that "Santa" was wearing Chubs' Glasses and pointed it out to me.
It all made sense! In the story, "A Visit From St. Nicholas," there was the line that read, "He was CHUBBY and plump, a right jolly old elf..."
That was proof to me that not only was Santa real, but Santa lived a normal life as MY neighbor during the rest of the year!
I am now in my thirties and Chub has died many years ago, but he was my Santa and he was very real to me.

Yes i believe and I am 52. There must be one because at this time of year what else or how else do so many people get presents under their tree? They don't have money but somehow get to spend the money they do or do not have. I believe Santa is the holiday spirit in us all!

Pfft if I there was a such thing as Santa how come all the good children in Africa's still suffering?
Or how about all those poor little things with low income in America... Santa doesn't give a damn if he actually exists...
All he would do is smoke pot, drink beer and ordering food from his wife...

Of course not!!! If you are past 5 years old, and if your parents don't lie to you, you shouldn't either. But the fantasy is OK. Of course, after santa, there's the easter bunny, etc.!!!
