I came across a website called newsandnotes.com ... the guy was pretty funny ... crude but funny ... it made me want to start my own blog. Can anyone give me pointers on where to start?

register your blog. ( all you need is a valid email id and a name for your blog )
start blogging.

Well, use e-blogger and you need to have a consistent topic not some random blah blah blah.
I did one about computer tricks and things as I found it. What are you likely to blog about.

Try using bebo.com or blogspot.com I used to have both but none of my friends were interested so I just left them.
