the anime doesnt show that Orochimaru has gf or lover so he could be a loner all the time when he was still a jounin in konoha, but Anko his apprentice seems to like him alot. they probably had been through some intimate sensei-apprentice's relationship secretly without shown on anime hehe

I doubt he has any lovers, for all we know his only love is his crazy Experiments for more techinques and power.=)

It hints to things like Orochimaru as being a loner and wanting power much like Saske. Who knows maybe him and Tsunade had something going on as kids but as for when he was a jounin i think not.

i think were not lover orochimaru because orochimaru is so bad to him thinking to destroy konoha and more powerful than the hokages in still jounin and on and on him not jounin...............
