Yes, but it's from the 1987 feature film, not the 1989 TV movie of the same name. When the kids are running away from the bad guys, they run into a music club directly onto the stage. That's when the band leader, Albert Collins (playing himself), says to them, "Nobody leaves this place without singing the blues." So they sing "Babysitting Blues."

Adventures in babysitting with a young Elizabeth Shue, they were stuck in a blues bar running form the bad guys and they had to sing before they could leave pretty funny!
