My mood swings or whatever you want to call them are not nearly that timed. I find my quickest and largest mood swings to occur when I'm talking to a very, VERY close friend of mine. (A specific friend.) He makes me feel so joyus and alive at times, then at others he can turn life bleak and grey for me. However I enjoy every minute of it and am thankful to have such a reliable friend.

Can you please rephrase your question so that it makes more sense. Thank you. I would be glad to try and answer if I knew what you were trying to ask.
