I don't blame you for wanting virus-free legal downloads from a reputable source. Unfortunately, it is most likely a licensing issue. Yahoo Music depends on the licenses granted to it by the record companies in order to offer music for download. These licenses are granted on a country by country basis. YMU is probably not licensed for users in your country.

No, the artists do get payed by using Yahoo. There are surely some artists that at the instant are not on it because of the fact Yahoo wasn't paying them extreme sufficient, including Led Zeppelin and AC/DC. they at the instant are not violating something.
