I have tried every possible avenue to buy a replacement or have the faulty one repaired.it seems my only chance is someone who has one lying in a cupboard or up in the loft. The recorder is like new it seems a shame to lose use of it simply for a remote.

Go to yamada website and contact their helpline.Shouldn't be a problem.
