if you know and the company can prove you knew and the other person gets in trouble, they can call you an accomplice or accomplice after the fact. You can report them anonymously if you want.

now that you know yes, if this person is caught and someone finds out you knew you will be charged as a accessary to the crime, make sure this is not hear say and you have facts before you do.

I agree with angie on this one. If you have knowledge of the crime, and do nothing, then you could be called an accessory or an accomplice and find yourself in very deep doo-doo.
