Go to the grocery store or walmart and go to the magazine section. Take out one of each magazine subscription from each magazine and fill out the postage paid subscription and make sure to mark "Bill Me Later"
They will get so many freaking magazines in the mail and a bill for each one. They will have fun trying to cancel 100's of subscriptions!!!
Or from a payphone order them 3 large pizza's from every pizza place in town that delivers. Priceless when 10 delivery drivers are pissed!

Be wary of free prize draws and the like, these often give companies the right to call you for a one in a zillion chance of winning. If it's an overseas number, typically these won't have caller ID, and many phone companies offer a service to block calls with no ID.

You are violating the Federal Laws associated with the National Do Not Call Registry if you do this.
In addition, for ever call received, the person being called can (if subscribed to the Do Not Call Registry) submit a complaint against the company using the name and the caller ID information by simply visiting
https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
So don't do it.

That's the weakest means of revenge ever... You can't sign someone up for telemarketing if they're on the do not call list, which I'm sure they are... go **** on their car or something.

actually, yes you can sign people up for calls. If you receive an unwanted call, you can then asked to be removed. If they call you back, then the caller is in violation of the Do Not Call Registry. It is assumed "you"wanted the call if someone singes you up to receive them. (and some people need to grow a sense of humor)
