How do I steam multiple videos on a single web page?

Question

I wish to create a small web channel using streaming video, when a user clicks a selection then a particular video stream into the central screen, clicking another selection would cause the first video to stop and the second to commence.
I am quite new to designing web pages - I can get the above to work by using a seperate page for each video but I am sure somebody out there knows of an easier way. I have seen a site called channelchooser that works in the way I am trying to create.

I'm afraid I'm not very good with JavaScript, but I know for certain that it is JavaScript that'll help solve your problem. Basically, what you need is a script that will change the src attribute of your tag to the new file, and then start it from the beginning. I know that isn't very helpful, but hopefully it starts you looking in the right direction?
