Have you seen orbs? If you see what that means?

Hi Everyone
A strange thing happened to me one night. When I was coming back from the laundry room of my apartment, i saw 3 lights ball shaped hovering over a tree. I was just amazed. I went to my apartment to tell my roommates. But by the time me and my roomies were outside, orbs just vanished. Sky was bit overcast. I wanted to ask is there any significance of seeing orbs. I should add i was not drunk by the way :-)

Orbs in pictures can be many things, dust, water droplets, insects, reflections or even real orbs. But seeing them in person makes me think you saw a true orb, which would be a ball of soft energy.

Soft energy means energy that can be used by an entity to manifest itself into the physical world. Hard energy are energies such as lightning, which can also be used by entities, but hard energies are harmful to humans.

There is a lot of controversy as to what orbs are and what purpose they serve in the paranormal world. It all depends on what you prefer to believe.

Often when I take Pictures with a digital camera I get Orbs all over the place, Just sometimes, some people say that it is a Catch of a Ghost, that is the biggest belief, Although I do believe in Ghosts I don't think so, I think its either Dust, Finger prints or Rain on the lense, Hope this helps.

I saw an orb once. Nothing strange happened afterward, but it was a mind blowing experience. I was behind my father's house near the pond and I have no clue as to what it was! I have heard all sorts of tales like ball lightning, swamp gas, and ghosts. I do not know what I saw, but it seemed to move with purpose.

I live in a haunted house. So I get alot of orbs in my pictures. They very in size. But I know what your are talking about, I have had lights float through my living room. One was red and the other a yellowish orange color. My children saw them floating and bouncing around in our hallway. Do some research at your public library. See if anything tragic happened in the area. Good Luck.

I think what you are trying to explain is a phenomenon called "Ball Lightening" there are many cases of people seeing this, both during the day and at night.
