how to knit a pair of glove?

I'm knitting a crazy pair right now... :)

There are many many patterns here: http://www.knittingpatterncentral.com/directory/mittens_gloves.php I'm doing the Broad Street Mittens at the moment (half glove, half mitten), but you should be able to find some here you like. Gloves are a bit hard and you need to be able to pick up stitches easily, but otherwise, just follow the patterns carefully and you should be set.
