Pervaiz Musharraf a military dictator has the absolute power.
It is up to him.
He can wipe out the constitution in one blow.
He made a change in the constitution for only one day so that the members of national assembly elected on a party platform can come and join the government party.
By this change he was able to buy about 20% of the seats which are won by members who won running under the flag of opposition parties.
