I think King George would be a very benevolent king, who really cares for his subjects,& Queen Laura would make many public appearances for the good of the country & also be very charitable.
If we had a King & Queen, mabey Americans would be a little more respectful in this life!
Our 'Freedom" has given ppl the idea that being free means you can disrespect your fellow human & do as you please when ever you please to whom ever you please!
We came over here to Worship God,not satan,& be free to believe what ever CHRISTIAN religion we choose.
Did it do any good?We now are full of athiests & homosexuals & criminals who have more rights than regular ppl.
Our spirituality has become a war ground for arguments & ridicule of Christianity as a whole!
I vote we all move out of Sodam & Gomorrah ,elect a righteous King & Queen & start over, cause this place is too far gone!
WOAH! We don't have to move, becase the "King" is comming for us soon anyway!
& PS: The firstborn would be in line next!Even if it was just by one minute!

Oh, the whole thing would probably be like in England, where the Royal Family are celebrities and the government is not a monarchy. I don't think the U.S. would be able to stand the monarchy thing for much longer if G.W. (George Washington) chose to be king all those years ago.
I guess the whole twin thing would keep them on the front pages of magazines for a while, and in the end they might become joint-Crown Princesses... I think there's a little history of joint-rulers, like with Ivan the Terrible and his younger brother, What's-His-Face...

Altho' this is not really a direct answer to your question, consider this: I wish that the USA did adopt the parliamentary system of government much like Canada has. Because?
Because ALL this madness and piss-poor mismanagement of people, public funds and blatent dishonesty would have been handled entirely differently. In Canada, we would have called for a vote of dissolving the government (instead of two terms of Bush & his band of thieves in the US). And then we (us Canadians that is) would go out to the polls and elect someone else!

There would be a coup long before that ever happened. That said, I just can't wait for Duke Jeb to take his turn at the presidency.

People wouldn't be patient knowing they only have to count less than two years, so there'd probably be a major uproar and he'd be overthrown quickly.
