Most guys say they like a natural beauty but I don't think they even know what they're talking about because they sure seem to like looking at surgically enhanced bodies in magazines.

actually depends...if a woman has a serious problem like f.e. a very big nose or something like that it would be ok to fix it, nobody would mind. but remember...most guys like women natural! no fake add ons that look horrible next morning!

I think it depends. But if the plastic surgeon does a good job...it can be fantastic! As long as it looks natural.
