How do i centre a Flash file on a HTML website builder???

I have put the HTML of a flash file on my website but the file is located at the top left hand corner but i would like it in the centre of the page what is the HTML for centring a file.

put it in a table

flash file

The other posts are correct, but flash is finicky in browsers that use use the deprcated tag.

Any of the above would work, personally i would go for
