I know of a couple that refuses to marry because if they do they'll get less than if they continue to cohabitate. It might vary from state to state though so you should call your local office and check with them.

I don't think so, but you should call the toll free 1-800 number for social security for more info. But Good Luck.

Disability doesn't matter, that's based on your work history. SSI is income-based. I don't know about SS.
