It's easy, don't worry
1. Go to this page
http://support.lexmark.com/cgi-perl/selections.cgi?ccs=229:1:0:0:0:0&target=http://downloads.lexmark.com/cgi-perl/downloads.cgi&&req=:::::
and locate your printer model. In front of your printer or on top should be the model number... like Lexmark X55 or something to that effect. YOu do this by moving the mouse cursor over the type of printer you are installing... start with Inkjet if it's a plain b/w and color printer, all-in-one if it's a combo printer, scanner, copier, or laser, if it's a lser style printer.
2. CLick on the model name
3. on the new page, click on your operating system... the version of wiindows oyu are running... Windows XP, ME, etc.
4. ont he new page, click on the file in the middle of the screen to download it
5. when it downloads, launch it to install your printer drivers
6. now, connect or recconect the printer through USB, then when it says search for drivers, click on automatic, it should find the drivers and you should be good to go.
