its too generic of a pic. it could be taken from a promo item like a poster or something.

I agree, the pic is pretty generic. The OP said she saw this on TV so I'm guessing on an American cable channel. I think we're somewhere around the episodes 30's or 40's whereas in Japan, they're in the 200's. Anyway, looking at the background, I see water splashing (though that may not be much of a clue), I'm guessing this has to do with the Zabuza episodes around episode 19 or so.

Yeah it is a generic picture but if you saw it on TV its either a promo for Season One or they are about the release the first Naruto Movie with the Snow Princess. From the falling of the Snow and the colorful sky.

Its looks like the picture where naruto thought sasuke was defeated and all that and he would save the day lolor something like that not sure(i think it was before the forest of death)But the picture you have looks like it but the one you have is different
