Once or Twice on average. You may need to do more Cardio exercise if you want to be more regular. Cardio helps everything work better. Even long walks (20 to 40 minutes) will help greatly! Exercise at least every other day. It does not have to be intense just regularly. Drink lots of water. Eat at the same time everyday. You will see a difference.

Every person is different. In the medical field we don't take action (suppository, laxative, ect.) until it's been more than 3 days without a bowel movement.

i think it ranges from once a day to a few times a day to once every few days. it depends on what you eat and how efficient your body is. I mean if i drink a lot the nigt before then its a few times a day cause my sytem is all messed up...but i knew girl that said she went once a week and i thought that was odd...but she was very thin and barely ate....i'd think normal is about once a day...

The norm would be once a day , and it tend to increase with avid consumption of food to twice or more times .
If you miss a day , then constipation is the diagnosis .
