Make-up around the eyes should be applied gently and evenly, on top of light foundation and powder base.
Make sure that the foundation covers the temples - without straying into the hairline - and both the upper and lower eyelids.
Use a creamy concealer (make sure you getting the right tone.) to camouflage dark circles and pat gently with the your middle finger to blend.
Finish with a fine translucent powder.

If you have serious under eye circles, you should probably use non-drug store make up. Go to Sephora or a department store and ask one of the sales people to help you match your skin. They're always really eager to help! I think you need a color that either matches or is one shade lighter than your skin.

I think Becca has really amazing products. The make up is thick enough to cover but doesn't look like cakey 80s make up.

I am half Asian and half black and I have undertones that not many Western people do so it's soo hard for me to find a matching color but I found one with the brand that I recommended to you.

Good luck.

Use a light concealer but make sure you are getting the right tone....either a yellowish beige tone if your skin is more golden or if you have a pink tint get one that is more pink. Then use a good foundation and powder. Avon also offers some great undereye treatments that lighten up the darkness. If you have anymore questions about it feel free to send me a message.
