I yell at my kid often & then regret it. But she is a teeneager & therefore has a selective hearing & ignores me most of the time..
I also don't have much tolerence & patience for bad drivers on the road. Quite embarasing actually - yelling at others.

Quite often. I even do it in my sleep. I'm always dreaming that I'm yelling at my boss which of course I can't do during my waking hours! I've woken previous partners and flatmates many times with my sleep profanity.

I never yell (not since I left my ex). I think there's better ways of sorting stuff out and sometimes the tone of voice can be enough
