First, you must have the Right Mindset:
1) Take it seriously
You must believe that this business will become major income source for you after e.g. 24 months from now.
2) A strong time commitment
You must commit a few hours a day on doing productive activities e.g. doing marketing online.
3) Start to understand the overall picture of running online book business
Find out things like:
-How to keep stock, how to do packaging, cost of transactions (e.g. buying stamp, envelope, glue, loss of book, return of book, petrol cost from your house to post office, etc).
-Setting up cost e.g. Internet services provider, web hosting, web design, etc.
