What is the command to invoke "File Download" dialog explicitily.?

The dialog that appears when "Save Target As..." is clicked in IE.

make a folder called downloads
the file your downloading has a name so under download make another folder name it the file your downloading. like

Downloads/mydownload
now when you start to download the save as is the name of the file your downloading, don't change it, brows to the download folder, click on it, then you will see the folder of the name of the file you just made click on that, click on open and it will download into that folder
