sooooo there is a chance??? READ THE QUESTION :-(
I have spoken to her.. several times... she wont listen to me at all... she keeps saying "its my body" ... IT WAS MY SPERM! If she decides to keep it.. IF IT EXISTS... then i want to have custody
my question is... WHAT ARE THE CHANCES THAT SHE ACTUALY IS PREGNANT?...
i just want to know... if i have nothing to worry about.. or maybe i should be shittttting myself..

Many people will tell you the sperm was dead, here is the problem with that logic. Sperm donors ejaculate into a cup and put a lid on it. The sperm is quickly tested and stored at a controled temp. within 20 min. So realistically 20 to 30 min some sperm is still alive!

Bah i will do my best .. If semen remains moist, the sperm can live from minutes to hours depending on the temperature, and conditions. When it dries up, sperm dies. It can survive a few days inside a womans body because of the fluid.Remember that condom would have contained millions of sperm and all it takes is one. so if she ovulated 2 days after this happened, there is a chance she did get pregnant. However if her period is not due until Dec 21, you will have to wait until then. It sucks but there is nothing you can do until the time comes as slow as it may go. Have you tried calling the pregnancy help line in Australia, will be in your local phone book .. but they can only really talk, as like us they are not medically trained, but most helpful. Also pregnancy counselling link. (Brisbane.) This is not the place for legal advice, but you need to seek some.

I don't think she will get preg. Here are my reason.
- Virginal are acidic, need men's semen to neturalize or else sperm will die.
-Your spern would have already been containminated by the condom, or syring since I don't think they got much sterility left.
-15mins can kill sperm if the environment temp is too hot.
- Even if sperm can stay alive say 72 hrs ( 3days) inside the women, and if base on you information of ovulation,from 5 ~ 7,8Dec for ovulation, it is way too long for sperm to be alive.
- It take a mature egg to be fertilize.So ovulate start at 7 till 11Dec, the egg is not mature yet.(Not so fast, what I know at least 7~14 days)
- if it is so easy to get preg, there is no need for test tube babies.
Anyway, above is base on what I know base on my understanding, and out of your questions. You may or may not use it for your reference.
If you really can't out you mind at ease, go to the pharmacy and buy a preg kit to test on your gf urine.
BTW, if it makes you feel better, I have a crazy gf like yours before ..you gonna be careful bro...

she did not steal your sperm, you willingly deposited it into a condom, which may have been faulty. For all you know, a sperm may have passed out of the edge of the condom while your penis was inside her. Pre- ejaculation is very potent as well you know, it has ALOT of sperm in it.
If you were fooling around naked before you actually had sex, a small amount of sperm may have touched the outside of her vagina during forplay, and it had gotten inside her, this actually does happen.
please just accept what has happened and show a bit of respect to your unborn child.
if you liked this girl enough to have sex with her, you should like her enough to talk to her like an adult about how you BOTH intend on providing for the baby

Yeah, I'll agree with you... she sounds freakin crazy... but you are even crazier for screwing around with her in the first place. This is why guys shouldn't be so quick to sleep with the first girl to drop her panties.... It sucks that you are worried because it is too soon in your life but it's a common known fact that the only 100% effective way of avoiding pregnancy in the first place is not having sex at all. Quit practicing what makes babies if you are not ready to actually handle the outcome.

If the sprem was viable she could be pregnant. My uncle had the same thing happen to him. He ended up being married to her. You need to find an attorney and ask him about it. Sperm can live as long as 24 hours.

How would tying the knot kill anything?
Anyway, talk to her about it. Tell her you think that her stealing your seed is the eqivalent to you impregnating her in her sleep, and tell her that she's making a selfish and bad choice.
She clearly did this so she could force a relationship on you. Tell her if she doesn't terminate you'll leave her for good.

Did the condom have spermicidal on it. Next time use one with spermicidal.
