Maybe it was retribution from the 40 years the Democrats held the house!
You people amaze me! When did the democrats ever cooperate with the Republicans? With the socialization, corruption, and one sidedness, those were some of the reasons the Republicans took over the house after 40 years of a Democrat majority. Keep playing politics and see what the next election brings you!

Because they lost. That's generally what happens when someone has to go home with their tail between their legs; suddenly they're quite content with being cooperative, although they never were before.
In any case, I'm glad both sides of Congress are finally cooperating a little. Maybe we can finally get that idiot Bush to listen to some sense for once.

You've got a point! Bush is a lameduck president now and the Dems are in power. So they want to make amends.

Maybe you can explain why democrats are screaming for bipartisanship when they have been so partisan for the past how many years?
