I disagree with Jerry's "fact". I don't know if you have heard about when a girl gets it in her eye and her eye stings horribly but that happens when the man comes inside you. It stings inside and is uncomfortable and there is nothing you can do about it but wait until the pain goes away (I usually just try to fall asleep). I don't mind it enough to not let my man do it, but if he wants to "go again" he will have to pull out. If you are not in a monogamous relationship with your STD free partner, than it is preferable to have it inside a CONDOM. And I don't think girls could care less about the size of the load (is it weird I just got a little nauseated when typing that last part?).

This question should be listed under the "Mental Health" category rather than the "Women's Health". I don't think this is a serious question but I'll remark.
I "know" for a fact that a girl prefers it inside them. 2 reasons why I know this.
One, God gave us hormones to have the desire to engage in sex in order to reproduce. This requires "going" inside her.
Two, anything else is just a perverted sense of foreplay. Some women like this perversion sometimes but it's still a minority regardless of what the "lying" internet websites lead you to believe. 99.9% of the porno "propaganda" websites are run by males and they make women "appear" to prefer swallowing and whatever else. These women are simply prostitutes that do anything for money. They don't represent the more legitimate population of women.

If you are talking about ejaculation, it doesn't matter, big or small, it should be inside a condom. You don't want to run the risks of pregnancy, infection, etc.
